What exactly does handmade mean for your products?

It means we either create it using raw materials, repurpose and modify materials for a different use, or fully customize existing products uniquely using basic tools, unlike a large scale manufacturer.

What is the quality of your work?

We refuse to compromise quality by using cheap materials. As with everything handmade, some imperfections may be present, but we refuse to sell anything we wouldn't want for ourselves. 

Where are your products made?

Our products are handmade in a modest shop using hand tools and some machines. We are by no means an industrial sized manufacturer with heavy equipment. We are located in Chicago, IL.

Is it true everything ships for free?

Yes! The price you see is the price you pay for the item shipped to your door! 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Contacts us at sales@mancraftedshop.com to arrange for international shipping. 

I saw something I want on another site, can you make it?

We'd have to take a look, but if you send us a message we can work with you to get it done! 

Can I get a custom logo on an item? I don't see the one I want as an option.

Sure, if you are in Chicago and want to stop by email us at sales@mancraftedshop.com. You can even save some money so we won't pay for shipping it to you!
